Welcome

Our love of producing Traditional British foods began over twenty years ago in the small but very famous market town of Melton Mowbray, England. Here both Tony and Maria Wensley learnt their traditional craft skills in the bakeries of Melton Mowbray.

Before immigrating to Australia in 2004 for over a decade Tony Wensley was the Bakery Manager of one of the oldest and prestigious Bakeries in Melton Mowbray, England, the renowned ‘Olde Pork Pie Shoppe’.

Melton Mowbray is known throughout the world as the rightful flag bearer for the Great British Pork Pie. This after all is where it all began.

Today, together with their small dedicated and highly skilled team Wensley’s continue to uphold the authentic flavours and tastes of Great British Food.
